Stephen Amoako’s bites on the young African leaders initiative

On Thursday June 23rd, 2022, on behalf of President Emily Jemima Nyarko, I joined the Young Africa Leadership Initiative (YALI) for the 2022 Young Africa Media Summit in Accra at Blue Crest College.

It was exciting to, once again, join industry leaders for the Young Africa Media Summit, which has become an important platform to deliberate on important matters affecting the media industry in Africa and the economy as a whole.

This year’s edition was even more exciting, as the summit discussed the significance of using the media as an investment opportunity in the transformation of a modern economy and Africa at large.

I therefore urged the leadership and organizers of the summit to provide unwavering digital platforms to continue educating the public and the media sectors, and ultimately, contribute more towards the national digitalization agenda, which our government is strongly committed to.
